As we know companies with a market culture have a strong external focus and value stability and control. External environment, customers and profits take precedence over employee development and satisfaction. Do you believe most companies can survive with this structure? Why or why not?

I think the organization should have a balance in their focus on external as well as internal environment.They should take full care of their employees as well because an organization is able to achieve its goals and objectives with the help of employees only.If organization will not take care of their employees then the employees will not do their job sincerely and will think of leaving the organization.Thus an organization cannot get success if they don't care of their employees because employees are the most valuable part of the organization.
