Answer #1

Sinclair and Nield Chew allowed to shape their opinion on the society by voicing the concerns and they were circumstantially critical of the pay and conditions of factory women, especially compared to those of their male colleagues doing the same work. This really allowed people to think again and then decide on the current norms. Raising awareness and voice for the women and making the people realize in the wrong that they were committing. This opened doors for a diverse planet where people knew what they were heading in, the manner in which they were progressing and the various action items that shaped the society opening doors for a better world.
