Google: Motivational theories and approaches of Google are such that they want to provide high level of employee benefits, flexibility and great workplace to their employee so that their employ can get relax and focus on the work and contribute significantly. Google has created a great work culture which is different and unique in the entire world, which makes significant positive impact on their employee and they achieve high level of motivation among their employees. Google provide excellent facility for employee, children care, food, music, other routine benefit which are require for employee and makes disturbance to the focus of employee. Thus Google ha covered all employee needs under facility and provide excellent benefits to employee so that they can easily manage their life requirement and contribute for Google requirements. So Google’s work facility, culture, employee benefits, flexibility etc are the key motivational approaches they have adapted.

Vodafone: Vodafone uses the democratic leadership in their organization to motivate the employee and achieve higher level of contribution from employee. The democratic leadership helps them to achieve better motivation among their employees. In this approaches employee are free and promoted to share their view, ideas for improvement with leadership team, senior management. The employees feel motivated and they own their work and they can make suitable changes with due to review and discussion with key management team. Employees are encouraged to share their idea with their team and they can make suitable decision for the processes and products. Thus mainly democratic leadership is the key approach that have been followed by the Vodafone for employee motivation.

Toyota: Toyota uses the Taylor’s scientific management approaches for employee motivations. This helps them to explore external motivation for the employees as the key purpose of employee is to make money. Thus they uses this approaches for employee motivation. Toyota also uses the behavioral approach for employee motivation like rewarding and recognizing their employees for their great contributions.
