Greta is the only woman to have been promoted to assistant manager; there are no women in management above Greta. Greta has no knowledge as to whether management has a bias against women, or whether it is a fluke that she is the only woman in a management position. If Greta decided to file a claim for discrimination against TopBank, her best argument would be:
