I have chosen Amazon.com for the given assignment.

Credibility/Reliability: Amazon is pretty credible and reliable with its web content. All the information about the products and sellers are listed on the website. The website provides product description and review (both negative and positive) which makes it helpful for consumers in buying decisions.

Layout: Yes, I like the layout. Specifically, the header has the Amazon logo and search option right in the middle which makes it easy to search product without scrolling the page. The header also has a department drop-down menu which makes it easy to access when consumers know their product department in well advance. Rest of the layout has sections divided into new products, offers and personalized content based on consumer's buying history. Amazon could improve its layout by reducing the product categories that are shown on the homepage as it makes the search bar less visible.

User Interface: The Amazon user interface makes it easy for consumers to interact with the website. Some of the features are easy to compare option, easy navigation, and one-click buying option. However, closing the Amazon Prime account is a little confusing as it takes the consumer through multiple dropdown menus.
