Answer #1

Answer

✓ non profit organisations can post their strategic plans to maintain transparency and show that they are accountable for every move. There vision and mission must be clearly communicated to the stakeholders, for gaining the trust and letting them stay Informed with every changes. But, those plans that provides the non profit organisations a competitive edge and help them raise funds more better than other institutions, they can restrict such information from posting on websites.

For corporations or for profit organisations, it is not preferable to post their strategic plans on their websites. Because, they will be having strong competition from various other rivals, who can use the plans for their advantage. Every organisation compete to earn maximum revenues, and to gain largest market share. Therefore, it is common that no firm wants it's strategic plans to be posted or communicated to anyone expect the authorised persons or institutions.
