Power in communication interactions refer to the power imbalance between the participants. in some culture, power difference is not a concern in communication. people in such cultures express openly even to people with relatively higher power ( boss, father etc). In some other cultures, power difference is very critical and people fear of expressing views in front of ones with relatively higher power
