Power Pose either a High Power Pose or a Low Power Pose and share which pose you are conveying to us the audience?

The debate over the implications of the power poses are ongoing. Some studies reflect that there is no identifiable impact of the power poses whereas some other studies reveal that it can be a great source of enthusiasm, confidence, vigour and involvement.

I will choose the high power poses to convey to audience. The first one is a typical/ generalised power pose in which both the hands are on the hips, there is a gap between the legs and the face is slightly upwards.

This pose spontaneously provides confidence and makes the person self reliable and focused. Another pose is sitting in a relieved/ stretched manner in the chair for a couple of minutes and then engage in the talks.

The aspects of communication, for example, lecture of the academician and the memorising part is accelerated through high power poses. Generally i practise these two and the intention is also to spread the same among the audience.
