Answer #1

What is the thought?

Business houses used to make profiles in various social networking sites. They want positive responses always in the form of comments, likes, etc. This gives new visitors the positive thinking about the products of businesses, which increases sales of those products. This is the practice of emotion capturing – since there is so many likings, the product must be good.

Expected culture:

If some social bots become popular, some other businesses also will create their own bots in the internet too. Now, once such bots are created, this should be popular as well. In order to do so they can purchase subscribers, followers, etc. If there are so many subscribers, it becomes popular to the new visitors.

Should be done:

Authenticity of SNS profiles must be verified by new customers; they should not rely solely on those numbers; they should review the product through a search engine on internet; this is not so complicated; only type “review” after the name of the product in the search button; it will give links of sites where there are comments of customers about the products. This may give real picture about the product for a new customer.
