Discuss some examples of possible innovations an organization might be pursuing today in the MIS arena, trying to provide multiple examples that cover the quadrants of the push-pull model

The Management Information System is abbreviated as MIS. The companies/organization will kept their information through this.This kind of acts like managing console for an organizations .They can track their planning through this. This is mostly used by managers to keep track of the respective departments.

These are used to track company goals and it' s main responsibility is to track those goals based on time and give alerts regarding the same.

Innovation plan :

I am pretty sure that every organization will follow this strategy in order to keep track of their business goals. For the individuals the managers asks them to keep track of IDP(Individual Development Plan) . The mangers make their employees to fill their IDP at the start of the physical year.Through out the year , they will track down the performance through the goals that are mentioned in IDP.

The performance of the employee may be decided through the progress of the tasks/goals that are mentioned in IDP. If all goals which are mentioned in IDP are reached , the candidate/employee can be marked as Good performance for that particular year.

Apart from this , there will be a say/do ratio in particular forums , the managers also keep track of the employee performance through this, in order to see how candidate is worth through actions not by words.

These all comes under Key Performance Indicator when it comes it performance evaluation of a candidate.
