A real image is the image formed by converging the rays coming from the Object, with the help of convex lens or concave mirror, the real images are smaller than Object because image is formed by converging rays, they are inverted because the rays get inverted , you can understand with the help of diagram given below, we need a screen to form the image, therefore option D is correct ( II III IV )
