What would be your initial approach to activities at a New Care center for older adults as president?
After your approach, how are you going to run this Care Center long term?
Ans1 The first thing that older adults want is familiar environment and people who know them. So the initial activities which can connect all adult and make them to understand each other will be done for them. Before arranging activities I like to be familiar with older adults and care center staff also joins me to being familiar with the older adults and try to understand what they want from this care center and provide facilities according to that. Include participants of all ages in the activities. Activities are according to their choices. Mostly I prefer group activities for them at initial level so they become friends with each other and the environment at care center like their own house.
Ans2 When people become familiar and treat that care center as their house and satisfaction level from place and staff is very high then this care center is for long run. Encourage older people to continue their hobbies. Provide them customized facilities. Sport and learning activities are done on regular basis. Advertise our care center and make a brand value in the eyes of people. Spread happiness in the care center. If everyone is satisfied by using our services then it survives for a long term.
