Answer #1

Answer)

Classical Proportional integral derivative (PID) controller contains the approach for the industrial process control where the poor tuning for the PID controller will lead to the mechanical wear which is associated with that of the excessive control activity as well as poor control performance as well as even poor quality products. The IMC (Internal model control) approach would result in tuning the conventional PID controller with respect to the tuning of any of the conventional PID controller with that of the proper tuning of the rules. This helps in the analytical test rule step that would contain the first order time delay model of the processes. Here the PID Tuning method would get implemented with respect to the step response of any of the closed loop system as that of the classical tuning methods.
