Explanation: Both viruses are the positive sense RNA virus means the RNA which comes from the virus inside the host cell is iself an mRNA means it is readable directly so it can directly be taken up by the host ribosome for the process of translation into proteins.The major difference between Dangue virus and Polio virus is that Dangue virus is enveloped while Polio virus is necked(non enveloped). Enveloped virus contain capsid which is made up of identitical subunits. The capsid is made by the process of self assembly where the structural proteins are connected to each other.As the polio virus is neked so this process of self assembly is not required.
