Answer #1
use that

a = =F/m = 0.25N/0.16kg = 1.56 m/s/s

in 2 secs, the speed will increase by 1.56m/s/s x 2x = 3.12 m/s

hence, the distance traveled in two secs is

d = 1/2 x 1.56m/s/s x 2s^2 = 4 m
