      The mass of the china dish, m = 200 g
      The change in temperature, ΔT = 65.0oC
      The heat energy, Q = 2.6 kcal
                                     = ( 2.6 kcal)(1000 cal/1 kcal)
                                     = 2600 cal
________________________________________________________
      The relation between the heat flow and specific heat is
                                      Q = mcΔT
      So, the specific heat of the china dish is
                           c = Q/mΔT
                              = (2600 cal)/(200 g)(65.0oC)
                              = 0.2 cal/g.oC
Note:
        1 cal = 4.186 J
          1 g = 10-3 kg
         c = (0.2)(4.186/10-3) J/kg.oC
            = 837.2 J/kg.oC
