→ High: $345,600

→ Low: $326,700

Difference in occupancy = 450x30x80% - 450x30x60% = 2,700

→ Variable cost per occupancy basis = (345,600-326,700)/2,700 = 7

  • Fixed cost of 80% occupancy = $345,600 - $75,600 = $270,000
