You have been hired to consult with a global leader by educating him/her on important skills needed by global leaders. Taking into consideration the fact that global leaders lead people of different cultures and nationalities, Hofstede dimensions and other information, write a 1000 word minimum paper. suggesting and justifying five key skills critical to global leadership.

Leaders are typically into the Top management of an organization; teams depend on them. Leaders are to coordinate within the team, ensure that everyone in the team knows their responsibility, and to execute the job in a proper way within a stipulated time. While the word ' Management' stand for Manage the men tactfully, which requires strategic planning, motivation, knowledge etc. It is said that great leaders are born, not made; cause leaders (global) contain certain ability to connect with people and motivate others;

On contrary leadership skills can also be nurtured and developed with certain skills as follows:-

1) Communication: One of the most important skills of a leader is the ability to communicate effectively. While the ability to make strategies is also crucial. It is a leader’s responsibility to ensure that the team both understands the tasks, owns the task and motivated enough to execute properly. Proper Communication makes help to build confidence within the team. .

2) Awareness: A strong leader should also have an eye on the business process to learn which ideas are effective and which are not. Leadership should have the ability to observe and to learn. A leader must be aware of competition, business change. It his duty to keep aware his team about the change also.

3) Integrity: Great leaders are not who solely get results; must also command respect and trust by their employees and the industry of which they are a part. The massage should be honest to the teams irrespective of the emotions of the teams, cause ultimately team will often appreciate knowing the truth, rather than being fed lies and excuses.

4) Relationship Building: Business is primarily some form of production, however, production can proceed more efficiently when team members trust and work well with each other. But business is about networking and relationships. It is a leader’s role to encourage healthy working relationships between teams, clients, shareholders, other managers and the society to some extent. Trust each other and the business will effect the entire organization to benefit significantly.

5) Innovation: Strong leaders should have the creative ability and recognize when small changes could improve the workflow. An innovative leader is someone who takes responsibility for the drawbacks of the team and creates a path way forward. He should be well intended towards Kaizen, Poka-yoke, whick will smoothen the path of project execution.
