It is most effective way to track performance of healthcare staffs and evaluate the efficacy of healthcare professionals in providing quality care. It is important to identify variables for the monitoring system for medical process.

The identification of variables is capable to set parameter for the development of the performance of healthcare staffs. Variables are efficient to provide quality care for each patient, effectiveness to determine improvement of healthcare issues of patients after quality care and efficacy in maintaining healthcare evidence for each patient regardless of their socio-cultural and economic background.

It is important to address and accomplish all related healthcare variables while monitoring performance of medical processes. Primary data is required to implement performance monitoring of medical processes. The primary data include analysis of variables, evaluation of the previous performance of healthcare staffs and interviewing both patients and healthcare staffs regarding the observation of quality care and respecting of diversity in patient care.
