Answer 9 : 1
When S=0, R=0 and Q(t) = 1 then Q(t+1)= 1.
S=0 and R=0 falls in two possibilities from above table, row 1 and row 4 for which value of R and value of S are don't care respectively.
But value of Q(t) is 1 in only row 4, where value of Q(t+1) is 1.
Hence answer is 1.

Answer 10 : 0
When S=0, R=0 and Q(t)=0 the value of Q(t+1) = 0
S=0 and R=0 falls in two possibilities from above table, row 1 and row 4 for which value of R and value of S are don't care respectively.
But value of Q(t) is 0 in only row 1, where value of Q(t+1) is 0.
Hence answer is 0.

Answer 11 : 0
When j=1, k=1 and Q(t)=1 the value of Q(t+1) = 0
j=1 and k=1 falls in two possibilities from above table, row 2 and row 3 for which value of k and value of j are don't care respectively.
But value of Q(t) is 1 only in row 3, where value of Q(t+1) is 0.
Hence answer is 0.

Answer 12 : 1
When j=1, k=0 and Q(t)=1 the value of Q(t+1) = 1
