A ≤ B & A ≤ C. (d) is correct.

So, A ≤ B + C (c) is also correct.

2A ≤ B + C. (a) is also correct.

But since 0<B<1 & 0<C <1.

So, We can't say that A + 1 ≤B + C

Hence, option (b) is logically incorrect.
