Answer : To calculate pH of given Solution

First step is to calculate molarity of HCl solution

Since HCl is strong acid , it completely dissociate into the water . So, the concentration of H+ is same as that of HCl Solution .

Since , water also self dissociate , so concentration of H+ from water also taken into consideration .

And finally pH is calculated using equation:

pH = - log (H+)
