3) No .Cromic acid test is use for aldehyde and and alcoholes.Aldehyde and alcoholes are reduce to carboxylic acid and ketones shows colour change but ketones does not reduce Cr6+ to Cr3+ and hence no colour change observe.

4)For ketone there is no colour change in chromic acid test due to absence of carbon- hydrogen bond.Hence only aldehyde and alcoholes oxidise with Cromic acid but ketone doesn't.It dose not matter of we mix acetone with acetophenone in above reaction.Hence the answer
