I) CaF2 is the salt of weak acid and strong base.

so

F- is strong base which react with acid and hence equilibrium shift in right direction.

CaF2 <................> Ca^2+ + 2 F-

F- + H+ .............> HF

thus

solubility of CaF2 increases.

II) AgCl is the salt of strong acid (HCl) and base.

so

the conjugate base of HCl is weak base.

Hence

on addition of strong acid, solubility does not change considerably.

If strong acid is HCl then solubilty of AgCl decreases due to common ion effect.

AgCl .............> Ag+ + Cl-

HCl ................> H+ + Cl-

thus solubilty of AgCl decreases.
