1. Lymphatic system is the network of the vessels by which the lymph go back to the blood while immune system is the organ and the reactions of the body which provides resistance to infections and toxins.

Lymphatic system is connected to circulation system while immune system is connected to endocrine system and nervous syemtem.

Lymphatic system is the component of immune system and immune system defend the body against pathogens.

Lymphatic system consists of lymph, lymph nodes, lymph vessels and organs such as thymus, spleen and tonsils while immune system is the functional system.

4. Important functions of lymphatic vessels which are:

It is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials.

The main function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.

Primary lymphoid organs include the thymus, bone marrow, fetal liver, and, in birds, a structure called the bursa of Fabricius. In humans the thymusand bone marrow are the key players in immune function. All lymphocytes derive from stem cells in the bone marrow. Stem cells destined to become B lymphocytes remain in the bone marrow as they mature, while prospective T cells migrate to the thymus to undergo further growth. thats why lymph nodes function as a lymphatic organ
