I would suggest the manager to include Network access permission such as Admin login, device type, user location. There are many more other policies for network access such as only one device (computer, printer, etc) may be connected to a computer, non-standard devices (other than desktop or laptop computers) must be approved by SNO before being connected to the computer network.
