Yes! face book is now becoming a global phonebook, where information about anyone can be obtained using this social media platform, without even putting in extra efforts. This can be used by organizations to extract information about customers or even employees as and when needed.

What potential business opportunities could be created by a worldwide social media network or phone book?

  • Business can contact larger number of customers across markets in minimum period of time.
  • Business can market their products world- wide using face book by involving least cost.
  • Using face book business can get the ideas about the new products launched or any modifications in features expected by the customers.
