CEO's of large companies make a lot of money. The earnings disparities between the CEO and top managers and line workers is mind-blowing.

Good Morning everyone.

It takes me immense pleasure to welcome you all to the Annual Shareholders Summit here at GWM. It is a wonderful opportunity for us all to know each other and try to explore newer opportunities for the growth of GWM. The company has been a pioneer in delivering advanced technology and premium quality products to our customers for 25 years. With the dedication, hard work and extraordinary efforts of our staff, we are able to proudly proclaim that the company grew at an astonishing 7% rate in the last 3 years.

This has provided us with new ladders to climb and new markets to enter. Our business reach is now felt in over 25 countries and we are growing at even a faster pace. And I take pride in saying this is all because of the workers who have dedicated their life and soul to this company. It is with their sheer hard work and efforts that we are able to reach newer customers bases and continue to enjoy the trust of our existing customers.

This year, I would like to ponder on a serious concern which has been felt in the company for the past few years now. How to reward our workers for their efforts? How to try to pay back our workers even an ounce for their dedication to the success of the company. So this year we decided to dedicate this summit to our workers. We are planning for some major reforms and I fully trust that the shareholders of this company will be giving us their full support in this endeavor.

From the next fiscal year, we want to bring down the disparity between the income paid to our top-level managers and our workers. The salaries of the workers are expected to get increased by 10%. Out of this, the top management has agreed to share the burden by lowering the salaries of the top managers by 5%. We have done our bit. Now it is your turn. I hope you all will support us and be ready to share some of the profits for the betterment of our workers. A happy and loyal group of workers will take our company to newer heights and greater success in the future of which we shall all reap benefits.
