The case file of McDonald's Corp v CB Managemet Co.,is a case of breach of franchisee rules and regulations, franchisee material conduct and period of Notice from McDonald Corp for nonpayment of rent, taxes and money for the buying of products for the running of the chain in July 2010. CB Management payed late payments to the McDonald Corp but there was breach of conduct in which McDonald denied the late payment of the dues and taxes required for the successful running of the food-chain. McDonald demanded that CB Management should vacate the restaurant shops for nonpayment and late payment of funds. McDonald provided a deadline to pay the funds but CM Management failed to pay the money till the deadline date which led to the registration of a case of breach of conduct and notice period on the CB Management company in USA supply chain management chain. There are certain terms and conditions of the franchisee and franchisor terms of conduct for the successful running of business ventures in the industry. There can be a lawsuit for the breach of conduct of the terms and conditions which requires the payment of money and taxes on time to the franchisee providing company on time. The franchisees are considered into three types in the classification system like the chain-style business operations, manufacturing or plant agreement plans for setting up of business partnership incentives. In the distributor franchisee the distributor which is the franchisor gives the power and authority to the franchisee to sell and manufacture the products to be sold in the market. The example of a chain style business management system is McDonald. In this agreement the franchisee obtains the entire products from the franchisor which are used for the manufacturing of products in the company. There are state and federal laws which require the franchisee to explain and provide the pre-sale data to the franchisee from the franchisor thus preventing the termination of contract between the franchisee and the franchisor in the market economy.
