Identify a contemporary leader who you think meets the criteria of each of the following types of leaders: Visionary, charismatic, servant, authentic, transformational and transactional. Explain your choice.

I think Mr. Narendra Modi, the current prime minister of India fulfills all the above provided criteria of being a great leader. He is a visionary, he emphasises a lot on start up and even introduced schemes like "start up India" as he knows that start ups are really important for growth and are the future of any developing country.He also travelled to several countries to meet their head of states and signed many treaties which are important to keep peace and development in Indian economy. He is charismatic and leaves people with no choice but to pay attention on what he is trying to convey this proves his charisma and great vocal skills.

He is a servant and calls himself the watchmen of the country as he keeps his eyes on all the threats approaching India. He is also a quick decision maker and a non procrastinator, which can be proved through his actions of quick surgical strikes against terrorist activities in India. He is a great leader and keeps a balance on all fields whether it be defence, international relations, unemployment, social issues etc.
