IP Addresses of source and destination of a packet never changes during a packet's journey.
MAC Addresses are used to make packet reach next hop.
So. at A
Source IP address will be of A itself.
Destination IP address will be of B(final destination).
Source MAC will be MAC Address of host A.
Destination MAC will be MAC Address of router C1.(the next hop)
For extra understanding:
Now when C1 transfers the packet to C2, only MAC address of
source and destination changes but not the source IP and
destination IP addresses.
So when C1 forwards the packet:
Source MAC will b MAC of router C1
Destination MAC will be MAC of router C2(the next hop).
Hope this helps
If you have any doubt feel free to comment
Thank You!

Consider the topology shown below with following requirements Three subnets A, B, C, should have enough addresses, starting from 192.100.10.0 to support 500 interfaces, 200 interfaces, and 100 interfaces, respectively. Each of subnets, D, E, and F has 32 interfaces. (not required for address assignment.) The IP addresses for three subnets should be assigned continuously, with spacing of power-2, that means, 250 will be rounded to 256, and so on. For each subnet, the assignment should take the form a.b.c.d/x...
