Given in the question

Null hypothesis H0: mean = 1510

Alternate hypothesis H1: mean >1510

This is right tailed and one tailed test

Test stat value = 2.7882

Z CRITICAL value = 2.33

So if test stat value is greater than 2.33, than we will reject the null hypothesis else we are failed to reject the null hypothesis.

Here tests stat value is greater than 2.33, so we have significant evidence to support the claim I.e. population meab exceeds 1510.
