1. Ans- isokinetic

Isotonic training involves contraction of muscles against a constant load, such as weight lifting.

Isometric exercise is that in which muscular contraction occurs without movement of involved parts of the body.

In isokinetic contraction, too muscles change their length, as in isotonic, but they also produce movements of a constant speed.

Isolateral exercises help to increase strength and fitness of one side of the body.

2. Option [a] 1 and 3

The right external and internal oblique muscles will contract to move the torso to the right.

3. Option [c] 1,4 and 6.

The pectoralis major and anterior deltoid work together to internally rotate as well as horizontally abduct the humerus. Teres minor resists anterior humeral head translation, horizontal adduction and internal rotation.

4. Option [d] 1 and 2

The pronator teres and pronator quadratus work together to achieve pronation by pulling on the radius bone of the forearm.
