1: Tom says to nick that he told George that the car which ran over myrtle was gatsby's car, and indicating that gatsby is responsible for the death of myrtle. After that tom's guilt starts rising, so the character was nick who reminds tom of his guilt  

2: Nick presents himself as a person which shows that he refrains from judgements, this makes nick a dishonest apart from his claims to be an honest person..Nick was in a constant observation of himself but it was all judgements  

9: Nick says about the green light that, for gatsby unfortunately the green light would not be attainable, which represents all those things which gatsby wants.

10: " The Secret Society " made up of people with old money, and with upper class, not like gatsby who was newly become rich.
