In the above given data, two culture media having different composition is used to measure their effect on bacterial growth. To measure this growth is measured after regular time interval that 12 and 18 hr. Each sample have 6 replicates (n=6), for the statistical analysis of the data.

The growth rate of bacteria in culture media 1 and 2 (mean±SD):
