Answer 5. we are given that,

Average Outgoing Quality Level (AOQL)= 3%

Lot size = 3750, process average defect = 0.1%

From the Dodge Romig single sampling lot inspection table, for given process average defect and lot size, the sampling scheme will be:

N= 44, c= 2, LQL= 11.8%

where N is the sample size to be inspected

c = acceptable defective i.e. 2 defectives are acceptable in a sample of 44 subjects.
