In this case we make use of the formula

y = \frac{L\lambda}{d}

where y is separation between bright fringes, d is the separation between slits and L is the dstance of screen from slits. While lambda as usual is the wavelength.

Inserting the values we get:

644.5 = \frac{L*500}{1500}

L = 644.5*3 = 1933.5 \; nmL = 644.5*3 = 1933.5 \; nm = 1.9335 \; \mu m
