Draw a PLC program in ladder logic to implement the following logic:

1. When process is initiated (a pulse is received on I1.0) wait 3 seconds then turn on process 1 (Q4.0 = 1) until finished signal (I1.2 is pulsed) is received. If a second initiate signal arrives prior to process 1 finishing, ignore it.

2. If alarm is received (I1.3 = 1) prior to process 1 terminating, set Q4.0 low (if necesary) and set Q4.3 high. Prevent any further activations of process 1 until I1.3 is cleared and alarm reset (I1.1) is received and cleared. Why is it necessary for alarm reset to be received and cleared?

3. Count the number of successfully finished products in counter 1.
