N=2048

PD=1.1*10^-6

RTT=2*PD=2.2*10^-6

T=2048 / 2.2*10^-6=931 MBPS

\eta=931*10^6 / 12*10^6 = 77.5 ANS

2)

NOW RTT=2*10^-6

T=2048/ 2*10^-6=1024 MBPS

77.5=1024*10^6 / B

B=13.21 MBPS ANS
