Network marketing is a new form of doing business. In this type of network marketing the sale of the product is increased by marketing the product via a chain of networks.

These chain of networks are comprises of the people from various geographical locations.

These people increases the sale of the company by doing the door to door marketing of the product and by doing some of the marketing campaigns.

In marketing the product or for those people those are in the sales department, some special trainings are involved. They are taught on how to create a customer, get a customer and retain a customer.

They are given trainings that involves crating some special skills and uplifting the sales of the product.

The company mainly look and recruit those people that are local from the particular geographical location, this is because they know the customs and rituals of particular locations and may give good results in impressing a customer and will lead to increasing sales for the company.
