We may need these components :

a) Speed Controller : To Control the speed using the inputs from the sensor

b) Speed Sensors : To sense the speed and act as feedback to obtain desired speed level

C) Motor : Drive that will run the load connected on its shaft

d) Gears : They will be used to change the Torque level as reuired ( mostly used in locomotive drives , electric cars )

e) Power Electronic Converters : Will supply the Dersired typed of Signal ( AC / DC ) or desired signal frequency to Drives

The issues and Possible Solutions may be :
