does shoes size increases as height increases

I hypothesize that shoe size increase as height increases

because the taller a person is , the leg lenghth is also more, so is shoe size

we run a regression
height - independent variable
shoe size - dependent variable

we see that the result is not significant as R^2 = 0.003

we know that this is because of one outlier

if we remove them r^2 will be very hight
and result will be significant
