1: Average

(Mean represents the average value of a set of observations)

2: 7.5%

=(8%+12%+14%+8%+6%+6%+9%+5%+5%+4%+6%+7%)/ 12

=7.5%

3: Sample

X bar represents the mean of the sample and not the entire data.

4: Population

Mu represents the mean of the entire population.
