This is for my Computer Ethics class and is for a grade so please if you dont know the answer do not answer thank you.

You are interviewing for the role of human resources manager for a large software developer. Over the last year, the firm has lost a number of high-level executives who left the firm to go to work for competitors. During the course of your interview, you are asked what measures you would put in place to reduce the potential loss of trade secrets from executives leaving the firm. How would you respond?

I will create a non-competition agreement document and all the employees working on intellectual information will be required to sign this agreement before working on the critical piece of work. This will prevent these employees to work on/for competitive businesses. Apart from this all employees should be presented with non-disclosure agreements which they need to sign before joining the company. A training program needs to be developed where which helps employee understand the importance of trade secrets for the companies and how not sticking to the company's policies could land them and the company in trouble.
