A) we have the regression line is

Fat=6.8+0.97*protein

To predict fat when protein =14

Therefore  

Fat=6.8+0.97*14=20.32

B) the residual is

20.38-10=10.38

Residual is positive and huge (very high)

C) here we get the regression line says about the relationship between the variables fat and protein. We see that the coefficients are positive hence if we increase protein the the fat will be increased.
