Then, address the following questions: (a) What applications of CRISPR look particularly promising for improving human well-being? (b) What sort of ethical issues have arisen or are likely to arise with the deployment of CRISPR?
Genome editing is the promising way by which we can washout genetic disease. CRISPR is one of the promising way by which we can edit a targeted gene . Like blood related problem may be cured by CRISPR system. As an example, we collect a hematopoietic stem cell and edit problematic mutant gene ,culture those cells and reimplant in bone marrow. By this way we can cure blood related genetic problems. Another promising way is to edit germline cells. By genome sequencing we can detect where a mutation present. We edit those problematic genes in germ cell, culture them and by IVF we may produce normal human being.
B. But human germ line gene editing is unethical. Because by this way we may produce advance mutant human which is better from normal human being. But they may dominating normal human being. That's why this is unethical.
