A.CRISPR is a bacterial immune system against bacteriophage DNA. We can use this system for genome editing of human. If we find out a major mutation which is deleterious for a human , we can use CRISPR for editing those problematic gene. We use a guide RNA complementary for that particular gene and edit by a endonuclease called cas9.

B. By CRISPR system we can edit gametic cell , by which we can make mutant human which is better from normal human being , more efficient, more fast , more inteligent from us . They may be dominating and clear out normal human for their betterment. That's why mutant human production is non ethical in this world .
