The first thing I thought of is Disney and that ride Carosel of Progress. You can tell we are parents of little ones! But, then the textbook spoke of Disney too. Walt Disney World now gives you MagicBands. Would not Walt just flip over that! These bands are in place of your ticket. (Noe, R., p. 495)

Technology is effecting early childhood teachers in many ways too. In my research I found that new technology is seeing that we can't reach math to one seven year old the same as another.

Brian Greenberg, CEO of Silicon Schools, in an interview with Business Insider.

"Technologies like DreamBox, a math education software that's used in a number of classrooms across the US, adapts to each student's skill level and lets students learn at a pace best suited to their needs." (Bernard, Zoe, 2017) Adaptive learning is now preferred over the textbooks. And computer programs are assisting children in learning more and more.

First the cost will be lower. Second, employees better prepared. Third, training cost will be lower. Fourth, feedback is better. Fifth, contingent employee is the new thing.

Answer #1

Technology plays a positive role in children’s development and learning. Through the use of technology,
teachers have access to more innovative and improved teaching methods that allow them to promote learning
and create an active learning environment for children. A new survey examined how teachers use technology
in their early childhood classrooms. The researchers found that a majority of teachers integrate technical
devices in their everyday teaching but that there is a need for support to use the devices more effectively.

The survey showed that 90% of the early childhood teachers have access to technology at school and use
it regularly, with 88% saying that they use technical devices at least once a week. The researchers also
found that the vast majority of teachers already integrated the use of technical gadgets in their lessons by
using tables, desktops or interactive whiteboards to enhance the teaching and learning environment.
