Answer #1

Q.A

In gel A there is not band on gel other than DNA marker. It means DNA extraction didnt work and there is no DNA in sample.

Q.B

Gel D shows that test food was GMO but non GMO was not, thats why it did not gave amplification during PCR and well no. 4 is not visible here, while well no 2 is visible here.

Q.C

In Gel B PCR machine didnt work properly, because of which DNA in test sample was not amplified and visible in gel. Since no. 5 and 6 well have purified DNA, it will be clearly visible.

Q.D

Gel C shows that test food was not GMO but non GMO was , thats why it did not gave amplification during PCR and well no. 2 is not visible here, while well no 4 is visible here.

Q.E

In gel F both samples were GMO, Thats why they gave amplification in PCR analysis.

Q.F
Gel E shows that none of the samples were GMO, that's why they did not gave amplification during analysis. Well no.1,3, 5 and 6 gave amplification because they contained GMO DNA.

Q.G

In Gel A , none of the mastermix have DNA which means DNA in these samples were likely destroyed by DNAse.
