websites such as Facebook, twitter & YouTube. Other
distractions also includes cellphones, computers etc.

also expensive to maintain it. Most of the small companies can not
afford to hire full time technical person. If the business
technology tool are not maintained well, their performance will
decreases & process of buying new technology can be even more
costlier.
3. Makes employees lazy: When most of the works are automated them
employees become lazy at work, technology can kill their skills and
creativity. Simple tasks such as calculating sales, tracking
inventory are done with the help of computer, so employees do not
put their brain at work.
4. Affects Workplace Relationships: Employees communication through
cellphone, text message, email, video chat will eliminate the face
to face communication. Interpersonal skills are very important to
build the workplace relationship, because employees will get the
chance to know about each others. Technology will make the person
more reserved & self centered.

decision position need access to private business information; This
can be a threat, because it is very difficult to monitor the use
and privacy of this information.
6. Fewer employment opportunities are there: People will get less
job opportunity because most of the works are done by robots and
machines. Robots will work more efficient manner than human, due to
this thinking many people will left unemployed.
7. The human talent gets lost: Manual work is more appreciated than
the machine work. When a person relies entirely on job technology,
he or she completely rely on it
8.The lack of understanding: The understanding among individual is
affected. This is because of lack of communication. f the client is
away from you then you can not connect face to face. Only one can
know through Skype or any other technology. Therefore, it leads to
less understanding.
9. Huge losses if the technology fails to work properly: There is
no life time guarantee for any machine , it can go waste anytime
even if it is branded. in such case company has to suffer huge
loss.
10. What human can do, a machine can never do: : A machine can
never perform as well as the human can. Because human uses his/her
brain & machine cannot. No novelty can be brought to the
product because machine produce the same thing again. But humans
can brainstorm and add the new feature product.
